Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the President and senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain calendar and schedule calls
  • Maintain, respond to and direct emails
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Conducting web research and reporting on the results
  • Performing data entry

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Thorough and pays close attention to detail
  • Resourceful and ability to problem solve
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
  • Familiar with other current technologies (DropBox, etc.)

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to confidential matters
  • Process oriented and logical minded with an ability to adapt to existing processes and look for opportunities to make improvement
  • Financial experience or background is a plus
  • Customer support experience is a plus

Hours and Responsibilities

  • This is a part-time position with the availability of 9am-6pm
