Job Description:
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the President and senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain calendar and schedule calls
- Maintain, respond to and direct emails
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Conducting web research and reporting on the results
- Performing data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Thorough and pays close attention to detail
- Resourceful and ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
- Familiar with other current technologies (DropBox, etc.)
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated sensitivity to confidential matters
- Process oriented and logical minded with an ability to adapt to existing processes and look for opportunities to make improvement
- Financial experience or background is a plus
- Customer support experience is a plus
Hours and Responsibilities
- This is a part-time position with the availability of 9am-6pm
