Oxford Valuation Partners (OVP) is a leading global financial advisory firm, specializing in Private Company Valuation. OVP works with over 500 startups and venture capital firms to provide critical business services to assist clients in raising capital, issuing securities, buying companies and heading towards IPO or sale.

We have offices in New York, London and Singapore (2021 launch) and serve clients globally.  The company’s clients are primarily fast-growth technology & biotechnology startups, other fast growth entrepreneurial companies, high net worth individuals as well as leading VC/PE and hedge funds.  We are a fast-paced environment which requires a high level of responsiveness to our entrepreneurial client base – so we’re looking for someone that can fit into our culture, who can adapt to our current processes, move in an agile fashion as we evolve, and also bring fresh ideas and energy as to where and how we can improve.

We have also launched a software platform and service that manages the capitalization table of private companies and funds, which is a leading edge technology solution in our space.  This is a recently launched product, and we are moving ahead with product/market fit and growth initiatives.
